Job Description

  • Provide overall financial leadership across the group, including oversight of financial strategy, performance and governance
  • Establish and enforce robust financial frameworks, policies, controls and reporting standards
  • Deliver independent analysis of financial performance, including budgets, forecasts and key drivers of profitability
  • Lead capital allocation, funding strategy, liquidity planning and balance sheet management
  • Drive cost discipline and efficiency initiatives through deep analysis of operational expenditure and investment returns
  • Oversee risk management, internal controls and regulatory compliance across all jurisdictions
  • Review and assess commercial contracts, identifying financial risks, obligations and optimisation opportunities
  • Partner closely with operating company leadership teams to enhance performance and align with group objectives
  • Support strategic planning, business transformation initiatives and investment decisions
  • Provide high-quality reporting, insights and recommendations to the Board and senior stakeholders
  • Lead and develop high-performing finance teams across the organisation

The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including significant time in senior or executive roles
  • Proven track record as a CFO or equivalent within complex, multi-entity or international organisations
  • Strong expertise in financial strategy, capital management, and performance optimisation
  • Deep understanding of governance, risk management and regulatory environments
  • Highly strategic with the ability to translate financial insights into actionable business outcomes
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging Board members and C-suite executives
  • International exposure, with the ability to operate effectively across cultures and geographies
  • Excellent communication, influencing and presentation skills
  • High level of integrity, discretion and professionalism given the confidential nature of the role
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented and able to operate effectively in a dynamic environment
