Job Description

  • Design and implement influencer marketing strategy across social and digital platforms
  • Establish and maintain relationships with influencers, content creators, and partner networks
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring quality, timelines, and performance outcomes
  • Track and report campaign metrics, identifying improvements to enhance engagement and conversion
  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and return tracking for marketing initiatives
  • Ensure alignment of influencer activities with wider marketing and commercial plans
  • Monitor market developments, emerging platforms, and content trends to keep campaigns relevant
  • Develop a team, strengthening capabilities and ensuring consistent delivery standards

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline; advanced qualification is an advantage
  • Significant experience in influencer marketing, social media, or account management within digital environments
  • Background in agency or marketing services settings is beneficial
  • Experience managing budgets and evaluating return on marketing investment
  • Established network within influencer, creator, or platform ecosystems
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Data interpretation skills with the ability to translate insights into actions
  • Creative approach to campaign development within social and content-focus channels
