The role directs day-to-day manufacturing execution through the owner, drives productivity and continuous improvement across the plant, and ensures manufacturing systems and capability support the company's long-term growth.
  • To lead all production operations of across Wood processing
  • 10+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in export furniture

About Our Client

The organisation operates in the Furniture sector in Dong Nai and Binh Duong.

Job Description

* Own daily production execution across all departments: wood processing, upholstery, finishing, assembly and packing.

* Lead the master production planning process with PPC to ensure on-time delivery.

* Balance lines, optimize capacity and manpower utilization, and resolve bottlenecks.

* Coordinate cross-functional execution with Sales, Purchasing and Warehouse.

* Strengthen quality systems to prevent defects rather than detect them.

* Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action (CAPA) for major quality issues.

* Drive process standardization and statistical process control (SPC) across manufacturing.

* Support customer audits and quality improvement programs.

* Own the production budget; analyze cost variances and take corrective action.

* Develop labor standards, capacity models and factory layout improvements.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Wood Technology, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines.
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Strong understanding of wood and upholstered furniture production processes, including finishing operations.
  • knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management Systems and Supply Chain Management.
  • Good understanding of manufacturing finance, budgeting and cost control.
  • Familiarity with international customer requirements, compliance and export manufacturing environments.
