Job Description

Total Rewards & HR Center of Excellence

  • Lead the design and execution of the organization's Total Rewards strategy, covering compensation, benefits, incentive programs, and annual salary review cycles.
  • Drive market benchmarking and rewards competitiveness to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
  • Develop compensation frameworks including pay philosophy, salary structures, job architecture, grading, and bonus programs.
  • Partner with business leaders to align rewards programs with organizational growth, productivity, and workforce objectives.
  • Evaluate and enhance compensation and benefits policies to ensure market competitiveness, cost effectiveness, and compliance.
  • Oversee market intelligence, compensation surveys, and industry best practices across rewards policy.
  • Establish and track HR KPIs, leveraging data-driven insights to measure program effectiveness and business impact.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and HR innovations through the Center of Excellence (CoE) model.
  • Engage stakeholders to drive alignment between people strategy and business priorities.
  • Coach and develop team members while fostering a high-performance, consultative HR function.



General Affairs & Mobility Services

  • Oversee General Affairs operations to ensure efficient workplace services and business continuity.
  • Lead facility management, workplace operations, and outsourced service providers.
  • Manage expatriate mobility programs, including visas, work permits, accommodation, and relocation support.
  • Drive vendor management and procurement activities across office services and workplace operations.
  • Develop and manage operational budgets, expense planning, asset management, and forecasting processes.
  • Establish policies, controls, and governance frameworks to enhance operational effectiveness and service quality.
  • Lead workplace health, safety, and compliance initiatives.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement operational excellence programs across the GA function.
  • Build and develop a proactive, analytical, and business-oriented General Affairs team.
  • Support strategic business objectives through effective workplace and employee support services.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline; MBA or other advanced qualifications are advantageous.
  • More than 10 yoes of progressive leadership role within a Center of Excellence (CoE) environment in large multinational organizations.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and driving Total Rewards strategies, with a strong record of delivering results and outperforming business objectives in competitive environments.
