The Head of Firm, Vietnam will lead the company's overall operations, business development strategy, client advisory activities, and organizational growth in Vietnam. As the senior leader of the local office, the role is responsible for establishing the firm's market presence, building a high-performing team and serving as the key liaison with the global headquarters.

Job Description

Strategic Leadership & Market Development

  • Lead the establishment, growth, and long-term development of the firm's business in Vietnam.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the firm's presence among high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutional partners.
  • Identify market opportunities, industry trends, and strategic partnerships to support sustainable growth.
  • Represent the firm with clients, partners, industry associations, and external stakeholders.



Team Leadership & Organizational Development

  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team in Vietnam.
  • Establish organizational structures, performance standards, and operational processes to support business objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative, professional, and client-centric culture.
  • Coach and mentor team members to support their professional growth and performance.



Client Advisory & Relationship Management

  • Oversee the delivery of advisory services relating to immigration planning, international education, family office solutions, tax planning, and wealth management.
  • Guide teams in understanding client objectives and ensuring the development of tailored solutions in collaboration with subject matter experts.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners to enhance client satisfaction, retention, and referrals.
  • Ensure a high standard of service quality and client experience throughout the engagement lifecycle.



Business Growth & Partnership Development

  • Support the development of both institutional partnerships and private client relationships
  • Collaborate with the team to drive client acquisition and engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor business performance and contribute to the achievement of revenue and growth objectives.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic referral channels and partnership opportunities.



Operational Management

  • Oversee the day-to-day management and administration of the Vietnam office.
  • Ensure effective coordination between front-end advisory teams and backend service delivery functions.
  • Monitor project execution, client onboarding, and service progress to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Implement and maintain operational best practices and compliance standards.



Stakeholder Management & Communication

  • Act as the primary point of coordination between the Vietnam office and global headquarters.
  • Facilitate effective communication, reporting, and execution of regional initiatives.
  • Monitor regulatory, immigration, education, tax, and investment policy developments in Vietnam and internationally.
  • Provide market insights and recommendations to support the firm's strategic decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Law, International Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership, business development, advisory, or general management experience.
  • Experience in immigration consulting, international education consulting, family office services, wealth management, tax advisory, or related professional services.
  • Proven experience building, developing, and leading teams.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural and international business environment.
  • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and client-focus.
  • Fluent English required.
  • Mandarin Chinese proficiency is highly preferred and will be considered a strong advantage.
