Job Description

As an IT Director, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Serve as the senior technology advisor to local and regional stakeholders.
  • Oversee day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure, and end-user support services.
  • Manage Microsoft 365, cloud technologies, endpoint management, and workplace technologies.
  • Drive cybersecurity initiatives, risk management, compliance, and governance.
  • Lead infrastructure upgrades, office technology projects, and digital transformation programs.
  • Ensure robust disaster recovery, business continuity, and backup frameworks.
  • Manage external vendors, service providers, technology contracts, and budgets.
  • Support enterprise-wide automation, cloud adoption, and AI initiatives.
  • Maintain alignment between local technology priorities and global IT standards.
  • Lead and develop the local IT team across Vietnam.

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Director should have:

  • Experience setting and delivering technology priorities in a business environment.
  • Strong capability in managing technology services and operational systems.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into practical technology plans.
  • Experience coordinating technology projects, resources and delivery schedules.
  • Confidence monitoring system performance and resolving service issues.
  • Clear ability to work with internal stakeholders on technology requirements.
