Job Description

  • Drive the company's M&A strategy and strategic priorities
  • Identify and source potential investment opportunities
  • Evaluate investment opportunities and strategic fit
  • Conduct financial and commercial deal analysis
  • Lead end-to-end M&A execution, from evaluation to closing
  • Support deal structuring and negotiations
  • Coordinate integration planning and post-deal activities
  • Work closely with regional business and Finance leaders
  • Engage directly with the Board of Directors and family shareholders
  • Present investment opportunities and strategic recommendations
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders across regions
  • Navigate complex stakeholder environments and align interests
  • Independently lead M&A projects with senior stakeholder support
  • Monitor market developments and identify growth opportunities
  • Contribute to the company's long-term strategic direction

The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance or M&A
  • Background in Investment Banking, Big Four, M&A boutiques, or corporate M&A
  • Proven ability to independently lead end-to-end M&A processes, including valuation, due diligence, and deal negotiations
  • Proactive, hands-on, and results-oriented mindset
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • High resilience and ability to navigate complex business environments
