Take responsibility to manage Mechanical maintenance staff to do maintenance for all mechanical equipment at Kien Giang to make sure availability and reliability of equipment so that Hon Chong plant can operate in safety, high quality of product, maximize efficiency, maintain ISO certificate, respect environment with lowest possible cost.
  • Plan, execute and control the plant maintenance
  • Coordinate OEM equipment supplier to ensure the maintenance program

Job Description

  • Make sure mechanical maintenance staff to follow work order from SAP system by daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, and major shutdown activities leading availability and reliability of equipment.
  • Execute trouble shooting on purpose restore plant production fastest.
  • Execute with repair plan as daily, weekly, monthly and yearly ….
  • Delivery the high quality of work on purpose of machine highest availability.
  • Report all case of equipment condition.
  • Prepare all critical spares for executing the job.
  • Coordinate maintenance and production plan compatible
  • Manage periodical maintenance plan and equipment improvement plan.
  • Monitor maintenance KPIs to assess equipment operation condition and give instruction timely for improvement.
  • Finalize spares list for order.
  • Apply adequate preventive maintenance to all critical equipment

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-10 Years experience as Maintenance Manager in heavy industry
  • Understand about fabrication, repair & maintenance for equipment of manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge in SAP, MAC, MS-Project, AutoCAD
  • Understand and analysis ability about the cement technology & maintenance for equipment of cement plant.
  • Good level of English communication
  • Able to work in Kien Giang
