Job Description

  • Identify and approach ecommerce merchants across platforms such as Shopee and Lazada to generate new business opportunities
  • Build a pipeline and convert prospects into clients
  • Present tailored digital advertising and ecommerce solutions aligned with merchant requirements
  • Negotiate commercial terms and finalize terms
  • Manage assigned accounts to ensure retention, satisfaction, and revenue expansion
  • Work with internal teams to prepare proposals and ensure execution alignment
  • Monitor merchant performance and identify opportunities for upsell or cross-sell

The Successful Applicant

A successful Merchant Acquisition Manager should have:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in merchant acquisition, sales, or business development
  • Experience engaging with ecommerce sellers or marketplace ecosystems is preferred
  • Strong capability in negotiation, presentation, and commercial closing
  • Ability to work as an expert manager with consistent delivery against targets
  • Existing network within ecommerce seller communities is advantageous
  • Good command of Vietnamese and working proficiency in English
  • Additional language capability such as Chinese or Cantonese is a plus
