Job Description

  • Partner with Plant Director and operations to deliver growth, profitability, and performance targets
  • Act as a trusted advisor, translating financial data into actionable insights
  • Support strategic initiatives (new products, market expansion, M&A)
  • Own plant financials including COGS, margins, and efficiency
  • Lead standard costing (BOMs, routings, overheads) and ensure accuracy
  • Provide detailed variance analysis with root cause and action plans
  • Drive cost reduction, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modelling
  • Support CAPEX decisions, pricing, and product profitability analysis
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate financial insights to stakeholder

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting with professional qualification preferred
  • Minimum 5 years' plant controlling experience in a global manufacturing organisation
  • Strong commercial acumen with hands-on and strategic mindset
  • Experience in high-growth, manufacturing or construction environments
  • High accountability, results-driven with sense of urgency
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to drive collaboration
