Job Description

  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of enterprise data and AI governance operating models across business functions.
  • Develop and maintain governance frameworks, policies, standards, and processes covering data management, AI governance, metadata, lineage, and data quality.
  • Establish and oversee AI governance practices, including project intake, risk assessment, approval workflows, documentation, and responsible AI controls.
  • Collaborate with business, technology, security, legal, and risk stakeholders to drive governance adoption, compliance, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor governance performance through KPIs, risk indicators, and industry best practices while supporting remediation and capability enhancement initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience in data governance, AI governance, data management, risk, or a related governance function.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise data governance frameworks, metadata management, data quality, stewardship, and governance operating models.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML lifecycle management, model governance, responsible AI principles, and governance best practices.
  • Experience working with governance technologies such as data catalogs, metadata repositories, lineage, and data quality platforms.
  • Knowledge of privacy, information security, and regulatory compliance requirements.
