Job Description

  • Feature & Workflow Definition: Build detailed business requirements, detailed user stories, and clear acceptance criteria for core lanes like LiveOps dashboards and creator ecosystem tools.
  • Backlog Mastery: Lead weekly backlog refinement and prioritization sessions with technology and business squads to ensure rapid, high-quality development cycles.
  • AI & Product Delivery: Connect technical prototypes to practical weekly workflows, implementing functional AI agents with human-in-the-loop review processes.
  • Metrics & Testing: Track key operational metrics (adoption rates, turnaround time reduction) and collaborate with QA/QC to ensure zero-defect product launches.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Coordinate seamlessly with commercial, engineering, data, and design teams to manage daily delivery trade-offs and unblock workflows.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience: 3 to 5+ years of professional experience as a Product Owner within an agile software development, e-commerce, or SaaS environment.
  • Agile Execution: Deep practical command of Agile/Scrum methodologies, with a proven track record of breaking down complex scopes into actionable user stories.
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfortable working alongside data engineering teams; hands-on experience with data dashboards, analytical tools, or Jira/Confluence is highly preferred.
  • Product Mindset: Strong problem-solving and logical-thinking abilities, using data to frame user requirements and measure post-launch features.
