Job Description

As a QA Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing quality assurance systems and procedures.
  • Monitoring and maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure product quality.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address quality-related concerns.
  • Providing training and guidance to staff on quality assurance practices.
  • Analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Preparing detailed reports for senior management on quality performance.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining high-quality standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful QA Manager should have:

  • A strong background in quality assurance within meat processing or fresh meat.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory compliance requirements (ISO, HACCP, BRC, HALAL...).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in quality management systems and tools.
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities.
  • The ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Good at English
