Job Description

As a Quality Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing quality assurance and control systems to meet system standards like BRCGS, Kosher, Halal, Organic, and others
  • Monitoring and analysing production processes to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
  • Conducting audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensuring all products meet regulatory and customer standards.
  • Documenting and reporting quality metrics and performance data.
  • Providing training and guidance to staff on quality protocols and procedures.
  • Managing relationships with suppliers to ensure materials meet quality specifications.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Quality Manager should have:

  • A background in food engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance and control methodologies.
  • Experience in the food manufacturing is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in analysing and interpreting technical data.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and strong leadership skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
