Job Description

Financial Reporting & Closing

  • Manage the end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) process, including monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of management accounts and statutory financial statements
  • Oversee submission of financial reporting packages and consolidation deliverables



Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure all accounting activities comply with group policies, local regulations, and statutory requirements
  • Maintain strong internal controls across accounting and reporting processes
  • Monitor compliance with local GAAP and regulatory requirements



Accounting Operations

  • Oversee general accounting activities, including fixed assets, inventory, and related transactions


  • Perform integrity checks on accounting systems and ensure data accuracy


  • Support issue resolution and continuous improvement of accounting processes



Stakeholder Management



  • Partner closely with local finance teams and regional leadership to ensure alignment on reporting and compliance


  • Support business units with accounting guidance, reporting, and regulatory matters


  • Work with internal stakeholders to validate financial results before submission



Process Improvement & Governance



  • Drive improvements in R2R processes, systems, and reporting quality


  • Support finance transformation initiatives and standardization efforts


  • Ensure best practices are implemented across the cluster



The Successful Applicant

Education: Bachelor's Degree, majoring in Accounting, Finance, or Business

Experience (in years): At least 6 years in accounting or reporting-related functions for MNC companies

Good command of both speaking and writing in English. Proficiency in the Khmer language is preferable.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel, Word & PowerPoint, etc.
