Job Description

As a Recruitment Consultant, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
  • Providing consultancy on recruitment strategies, market trends, and candidate sourcing.
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement.
  • Identifying and engaging with high-calibre candidates through various channels.
  • Conducting interviews and assessments to match candidates with client requirements.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to meet business objectives and targets.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant recruitment policies and procedures.
  • Delivering excellent customer service to both clients and candidates.

You will bring:

  • Proven track record of success in recruitment or business development
  • Strong ability to build new relationships with diverse clients and candidates
  • A naturally curious, commercial mindset with a drive for high performance
  • Excellent objection-handling skills and resilience under pressure
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
  • Previous working within a multinational environment is preferred
  • Fluency in English (spoken & written) is required
  • Open to expatriate candidates
