Job Description

As a Regional Inventory Lead, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing inventory levels to ensure stock availability and accuracy.
  • Implementing efficient inventory control systems and procedures.
  • Coordinating with the procurement and supply chain teams to manage stock replenishment.
  • Monitoring and analysing inventory trends to optimise stock levels.
  • Conducting regular inventory audits and resolving discrepancies.
  • Maintaining accurate records of inventory data and preparing reports.
  • Ensuring compliance with company and industry standards for inventory management.
  • Training and guiding team members on inventory control processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful person should have:

  • Experience in inventory management within the FMCG sector in 3-5 years.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and tools, especially HANA SAP.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of procurement and supply planning operations.
  • Proficiency in English.
