Job Description

As an SAP Technical Expert, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Executing SAP development tasks, enhancements, and corrections.
  • Delivering support tickets with accuracy, high quality, and within agreed timelines.
  • Ensuring effective communication with European SAP teams, including documentation and handovers.
  • Assigning SAP authorization roles for users in Asia.
  • Acting as a local business analyst to gather and translate business requirements into SAP-related tasks.

The Successful Applicant

A successful SAP Technical Expert should have:

  • A strong educational background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Solid knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security protocols.
  • Problem-solving skills to address technical issues efficiently.
  • Proficiency in installing and managing hardware and software solutions.
