Job Description

As a Supply Chain Operations Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Monitor 3PL warehouse performance, KPIs, and reporting accuracy.
  • Plan warehouse capacity, resource utilization, and order fulfillment.
  • Coordinate subcontracting, rework, and co-packing activities across sites.
  • Track execution, resolve operational issues, and validate co-packer billing.
  • Improve data accuracy, reporting efficiency, and process automation.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain performance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Supply Chain Operations Manager should have:

  • 4-5 years of Supply Chain experience, ideally in FMCG or consumer goods.
  • Hands-on experience in warehouse operations and 3PL management.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP, especially warehouse and inventory processes.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, VBA, or Power Automate is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
