Job Description

As a TA & OD Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

The Successful Applicant

A successful TA & OD Manager should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in talent acquisition and organizational development.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws in Solihull or the UK.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector is a plus.
