This role leads the production operations of a new finishing facility, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational excellence. It involves overseeing daily operations, driving performance, and building a strong leadership pipeline.
To direct, manage, and be fully responsible for all activities of the production, including white wood, finishing, upholstery, and packing (from planning, production organization, quality management, and cost optimization to team development) to ensure the achievement of the company's objectives in terms of output, quality, schedule, and budget.
The Industrial Engineer Manager will be responsible for productivity, process, and quality improvement activities. Moreover, the successful candidate is also capable of building and developing talents.
The Production Director will be responsible for the factory operations including: productivity, process, quality improvement activities, compliance, and industrial 4.0 tools implementation at the factory.
You will lead the production activities with objectives in meeting customer's requirements (design, process, quality improvement) and in maximising the factories profit. This position will also have the responsibility in organisation talent development for the company long term growth.
