The Investment Associate / Senior Associate will support the investment team in sourcing, evaluating, and reviewing investment opportunities in Vietnam. You will also have opportunities to engage directly with founders, management teams, advisors, and other external stakeholders throughout the investment process, while working collaboratively with the broader investment team across Southeast Asia.
The purpose of this role is to support the investment team across the full deal lifecycle, from evaluating new investment opportunities and building financial models to monitoring portfolio performance and supporting exit planning
Lead the evaluation and execution of strategic investments, partnerships, joint ventures, and M&A transactions across high-growth markets in Asia Pacific. The position is highly execution-focused, providing exposure to complex cross-border transactions, investment analysis, due diligence, and stakeholder management at regional and global levels.
As a Mid-level Associate - M&A B&F in an international law firm, you will focus on providing expert legal support and guidance for mergers, acquisitions, and banking and finance matters. This role is based in Ho Chi Minh City within the business services industry.
This role focuses on identifying and engaging industry experts to match with client project needs. It involves research, outreach, and coordination to ensure relevant expertise is provided efficiently.
This role supports strategic decision‑making through rigorous financial analysis, modelling, and performance insight. The position partners closely with senior management and investors to evaluate business performance, guide investment decisions, and strengthen long‑term planning.
