Job Description

As a Sales Technical professional, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Manage and grow Chinese JV accounts to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify new opportunities to drive revenue and margin growth.
  • Build strong customer relationships and coordinate cross-functional support.
  • Serve as first-line contact for technical inquiries and resolve issues in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Own and manage customer complaints related to product quality or performance, conduct preliminary investigations, and update the system.
  • Manage pricing, receivables, and credit performance effectively.
  • Provide 18-month rolling forecasts and monthly reports.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activities, recommending strategic actions.
  • Participate in team meetings and conference calls as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Technical professional should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering
  • 5+ years in technical sales within textile dyes and chemicals (including application experience).
  • Strong knowledge of textile dyes, chemicals, and market trends.
  • Proficient in Mandarin and English (spoken & written).
  • Proven sales track record with solid key account management skills.
  • Good commercial acumen and understanding of financial impact.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and customer management skills.
  • Proficient in PC and related business software.
  • Flexible and adaptable in a global working environment.
