As the organization continues to expand across businesses and markets, they are looking for a strategic and commercially minded CFO to partner with the Board in shaping the Group's next phase of growth.

Job Description

  • Partner closely with the Board to shape the Group's long-term financial and business strategy, providing strategic and commercial perspectives on key decisions.
  • Lead long-range financial planning and translate the Group's growth ambitions into clear financial priorities, investment plans and measurable business objectives.
  • Advise the Board on business expansion, new ventures and strategic opportunities, assessing financial attractiveness, commercial potential, risks and long-term value creation.
  • Shape the Group's M&A and investment strategy, overseeing the evaluation of potential acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic partnerships and other investment opportunities.
  • Provide strategic direction and oversight to the M&A / Investment function, challenging investment theses, valuations, business cases, synergies and expected returns.
  • Drive effective capital allocation across existing businesses, new investments, CAPEX and strategic initiatives, ensuring resources are deployed toward the highest-value opportunities.
  • Support the Group's international expansion, evaluating potential markets, partnerships, investments and appropriate market-entry strategies.
  • Oversee the broader Finance organization across Accounting, Management Accounting / FP&A, Commercial Finance, M&A / Investment and other Finance functions, ensuring strong alignment between Finance and business priorities.
  • Partner with business leaders to strengthen performance management, profitability and decision-making, while remaining sufficiently hands-on and close to the details behind key financial and operational drivers.
  • Build a strong Finance leadership pipeline through coaching, talent development and succession planning, strengthening the capabilities required to support the Group's long-term growth

The Successful Applicant

  • Significant senior Finance leadership experience within FMCG, Food & Beverage or Consumer Products, with strong understanding of complex commercial and manufacturing environments.
  • Proven strength in strategic planning, business partnering and investment decision-making, with the ability to operate beyond traditional Finance and Accounting responsibilities.
  • Meaningful exposure to M&A, investment evaluation, joint ventures, business expansion and/or corporate development; experience across multiple businesses or complex organizations highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership capability with proven experience developing senior Finance talent and succession pipelines, combined with the ability to influence Boards, owners and senior executives.
  • Strategic yet hands-on, commercially minded, high-energy and agile, with the ability to move comfortably between Board-level discussions and detailed execution across multiple businesses and projects.
