Job Description

  • Provide strategic leadership across software engineering, platform delivery, and IT operations to ensure scalable, secure, and reliable technology solutions.
  • Define and continuously evolve the organization's technology vision, enterprise architecture, and multi-year technology roadmap across customer platforms, digital channels, core business systems, and integrations.
  • Build, develop, and lead a high-performing technology organization encompassing engineering, quality assurance, product management, and business analysis functions.
  • Champion modern engineering practices such as Agile delivery, DevOps, CI/CD, automation, observability, testing excellence, and effective adoption of AI-enabled development practices.
  • Act as a senior technical leader, contributing to architecture reviews, solution design, and resolution of complex technical and operational challenges.
  • Improve platform reliability, system performance, operational effectiveness, and service resilience while maintaining a strong balance between innovation, risk management, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with regional and global technology teams to ensure alignment of local priorities with broader technology strategies and enterprise standards.
  • Lead technology modernization initiatives that streamline processes, accelerate product delivery, and enhance customer and partner experiences.



The Successful Applicant

  • More than 15 years of experience delivering enterprise technology platforms and leading complex technology initiatives across large-scale, multi-business, or multinational environments.
  • A minimum of 5 years in senior technology leadership roles such as CTO, CIO, Head of Engineering, Head of Technology, or equivalent.
  • Prior experience within highly regulated industries is advantageous, with Financial Services or exposure strongly preferred.
  • Broad exposure to modern technology stacks, including cloud services, databases, integrations, programming languages, operating systems, and AI-enabled engineering tools.
  • Strong software engineering background with hands-on experience in system architecture, application development, code reviews, and technical solution design.
  • Practical experience deploying and managing applications in cloud environments such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
