Job Description

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute customer care and order operations strategies aligned with local and regional business objectives.
  • Act as a key business partner to commercial and cross-functional teams, ensuring a seamless customer journey throughout the order-to-cash process.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.



Customer Care & Order Management

  • Lead end-to-end customer order fulfillment and customer service activities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate order processing while maintaining high service standards.
  • Manage customer inquiries, escalations, and service recovery actions.
  • Monitor and improve key customer service KPIs and operational performance metrics.



Supply Chain Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Planning, Logistics, Distribution, and Commercial teams to ensure product availability and reliable supply to customers.
  • Coordinate inventory management activities and support inventory optimization efforts.
  • Contribute to business continuity and supply recovery plans when required.



Operational Excellence

  • Implement standardized processes, systems, and tools to improve operational consistency and efficiency.
  • Drive process automation and digitalization initiatives where applicable.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and industry regulations.



People Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing customer care and order operations team.
  • Foster a customer-centric and collaborative culture.
  • Support talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

Experience

  • Minimum 7 years of experience within Customer Service, Customer Operations, Supply Chain, Order Management, or Commercial Operations.
  • At least 3 years of people management experience.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical devices, FMCG, or other highly regulated industries is preferred.

  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management capability.
  • Proven ability to build cross-functional partnerships and influence decision-making.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on service excellence.
  • Experience working within a matrix organization.

  • Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
