Job Description

As a Demand Planning Manager , your main responsibilities will include:

  • Lead global forecasting activities to provide timely demand outlooks for planning decisions.
  • Develop and maintain forecast plans that reflect business needs and available data.
  • Review forecast performance and identify trends that can improve planning accuracy.
  • Work with Procurement & Supply Chain stakeholders to align forecast inputs and planning assumptions.
  • Consolidate demand information across relevant markets to create a consistent global view.
  • Prepare clear forecasting updates for stakeholders to support supply planning discussions.
  • Track changes in demand patterns and reflect relevant updates in forecast plans.
  • Improve forecasting routines to support reliable and practical supply chain planning.

The Successful Applicant

A successful emand Planning Manager should have:

  • Proven capability in demand forecasting and forecast planning.
  • Strong ability to analyse demand data, trends and forecast performance.
  • Experience working with procurement and supply chain planning activities.
  • Ability to consolidate information from multiple markets or business areas.
  • Clear skills in presenting forecasting insights to business stakeholders.
  • Practical understanding of how forecasts inform supply planning decisions.
