Job Description

  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering teams
  • Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle from design and development through deployment and optimization
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define and execute product and technology strategy
  • Drive architectural decisions that support scalability, security, maintainability, and reliability
  • Contribute technically when needed while guiding teams toward best engineering practices
  • Establish effective processes, delivery standards, and team operating models
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and innovation

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of Engineering Management experience leading software engineering teams
  • Bonus point: Strong hands-on background in Java development and backend platform engineering
  • Experience building and scaling Java microservices in AWS or GCP environments, BFSI experiences
  • Proven track record of delivering complex products and scaling engineering organizations
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Passion for people leadership, coaching, and team development
