Job Description

  • Lead monthly management reporting, financial analysis, and variance reviews against budget and prior year results.
  • Prepare consolidated financial statements and ensure compliance with reporting standards and statutory requirements.
  • Manage annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Oversee finance operations, costing processes, and performance monitoring to support business decision-making.
  • Manage cash flow, banking relationships, treasury activities, and foreign exchange exposure.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.
  • Drive process improvement, automation initiatives, and enhancement of internal controls.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor the finance team to achieve operational and strategic objectives.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a recognised professional accounting qualification.
  • Strong experience in financial reporting, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and taxation.
  • Solid understanding of treasury management, cash flow planning, and internal controls.
  • Proven leadership experience managing finance teams in a manufacturing environment.
  • Advanced ERP system and Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business partnering capabilities.
  • Experience working within multinational organisations is highly preferred.
