Job Description

As a Finance Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Act as Finance Business Partner to Sales and Technical teams, driving profitable growth.
  • Support pricing strategies, margin optimization, and customer profitability analysis.
  • Monitor raw material costs, product costing, and cost pass-through mechanisms.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities for the business unit.
  • Analyze sales, volume, pricing, and margin performance to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Own month-end closing, reporting, and financial compliance under VAS and Group standards.
  • Ensure accuracy of costing, inventory management, and working capital controls.
  • Partner with business leaders on productivity and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Drive process improvements, reporting automation, and data quality enhancements.
  • Lead and develop a team of finance professionals to support business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Minimum 6 years' experience in Controlling, FP&A, or Finance Business Partnering.

Solid knowledge of IFRS/VAS and financial reporting standards.

Strong experience within a B2B industrial or manufacturing environment.

Experience with SAP and advanced Excel skills.

Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
