Job Description

As a Footwear Manufacturing Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and optimising footwear manufacturing processes to meet production targets.
  • Ensuring adherence to quality standards and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Supervising and coordinating production teams to improve efficiency.
  • Monitoring and managing production budgets and resources.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity.
  • Collaborating with engineering teams to address technical challenges.
  • Ensuring workplace safety and adherence to health and safety protocols.
  • Preparing and presenting regular performance and production reports.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Manufacturing Manager should have:
