Job Description

As a Footwear Product Creation Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Lead footwear product creation activities from initial development through to manufacturing readiness.
  • Coordinate engineering and manufacturing teams to align product requirements and delivery plans.
  • Translate product needs into clear development actions for relevant teams.
  • Track product development progress and resolve issues that affect planned delivery.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to maintain alignment across product creation stages.
  • Review product information and development outputs to support informed decisions.
  • Drive consistent execution of footwear development activities across assigned projects.
  • Identify practical improvements to product creation workflows within Engineering & Manufacturing.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Footwear Product Creation Manager should have:

  • Proven capability in footwear product creation and development activities.
