Job Description

As an FP&A Manager (Investor Relations), your main responsibilities will include:

  • Support existing and prospective investors by responding to information requests, providing business updates, and coordinating due diligence activities.

  • Prepare investor presentations, shareholder updates, and Board materials that clearly articulate business performance, key developments, and underlying financial drivers.
  • Deliver ad hoc analysis and decision-support materials for management and investors, often under tight timelines and with incomplete information.
  • Manage multiple investor workstreams, analyses, and deadlines simultaneously, proactively anticipating stakeholder needs and priorities.
  • Translate operational performance into financial outcomes and investment value, providing insights to management on valuation, growth opportunities, returns, and key business risks

The Successful Applicant

A successful FP&A Manager (Investor Relations) should have:

  • 4-7 years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Corporate Finance, Investment Analysis, or related fields, with strong financial modelling experience; corporate finance, transaction advisory, or investment-related experience is highly regarded.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts clearly and confidently to senior leadership, Board members, investors, and non-finance stakeholders, while articulating the rationale behind key assumptions, variances, and business performance.
  • Commercially minded and intellectually curious, capable of independently structuring analyses, solving ambiguous problems, and delivering practical recommendations, often under tight timelines and with incomplete information.
