Job Description

  • Lead investor relations activities, managing relationships with investors, banks, and financial institutions.
  • Prepare investor presentations, equity stories, financial narratives, and board reporting materials.
  • Support equity/debt fundraising, banking relationships, and credit facility management.
  • Coordinate with investment banks, legal advisors, and Big 4 firms on capital markets projects.
  • Monitor market trends, peer performance, and investor sentiment to support strategic decision-making.
  • Lead M&A initiatives, including target evaluation, financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, and integration.
  • Assess strategic partnerships, expansion opportunities, and capital allocation across Vietnam and SEA.
  • Oversee group financial consolidation and ensure timely, accurate management and board reporting.
  • Ensure financial reporting complies with listed-company governance and disclosure standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Corporate Finance team, building a high-performance, IPO-ready finance function.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA, CFA, or Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in investment banking, Big 4 advisory, corporate finance, or strategic finance, including leadership experience.
  • Strong track record in investor relations, M&A, due diligence, fundraising, and managing institutional investor relationships.
  • Experience in financial consolidation, multi-entity reporting, and working with external advisors on complex transactions.
  • Strong strategic thinking, financial modelling capabilities, and solid knowledge of IFRS and VAS.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with fluency in Vietnamese and English and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
