Job Description

As a Head of Legal, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing all legal matters and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Providing strategic legal advice to support business decisions and mitigate risks.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements.
  • Managing relationships with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities.
  • Advising on corporate governance and compliance frameworks.
  • Handling disputes and litigation cases effectively.
  • Monitoring legislative changes and assessing their impact on the business.
  • Leading and mentoring the legal team to ensure high performance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Legal should have:

  • A law degree from a recognised university.
  • Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements in the industry.
  • Proven experience in contract negotiation and drafting.
  • Proficiency in managing compliance and corporate governance matters.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle complex legal issues and provide practical solutions.
  • Fluency in English and Vietnamese
