As the business continues to strengthen its presence and growth ambitions in Vietnam, the company is seeking an experienced commercial leader to lead its Sales function and drive the next phase of growth across its Air & Ocean business.

Job Description

  • Lead the Sales team and drive Air & Ocean growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategy to achieve revenue and profit targets.
  • Win new business and grow strategic customer relationships.
  • Identify market opportunities and strengthen competitive positioning.
  • Partner with regional and global teams on commercial initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven senior sales/commercial leadership experience in logistics or freight forwarding.
  • Strong Air & Ocean industry knowledge and customer network.
  • Track record of delivering revenue growth and winning new business.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic, commercially driven, and execution-focused.
