Job Description

Reporting to , the Total Rewards & HR Operations Head will lead a team of approximately 15 professionals across Total Rewards, Colleague Services, Payroll & Benefits Services, Health, Safety & Well-being Services, and People Systems Services. Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute total rewards strategies aligned with business objectives.

* Lead compensation, benefits, mobility, recognition, and reward governance.

* Oversee payroll accuracy, compliance, vendor management, and service delivery.

* Drive HR shared services excellence through process optimization and automation.

* Ensure effective management of employee services, case management, and HR support.

* Champion health, safety, wellbeing, and employee care programs.

* Own HR systems governance, data integrity, reporting, and continuous improvement.

* Manage budgets, service levels, KPIs, risk controls, and regulatory compliance.

* Lead organizational change, transformation projects, and digital HR initiatives.

* Build team capability, succession plans, and a high-performance culture.

* Collaborate with business leaders and global stakeholders to enhance employee experience.

The Successful Applicant

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field.

* 12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including rewards and HR operations.

* Proven experience managing HR shared services and multidisciplinary teams.

* Strong expertise in compensation, benefits, payroll, HR systems, and governance.

* Experience within multinational corporations or large service organizations.

* Demonstrated leadership of teams of 10+ employees.

* Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

* Fluent English communication skills (mandatory).

* Ability to operate strategically while maintaining operational excellence.
