The company is recognized for its people-centric culture, operational excellence, and commitment to delivering a world-class employee experience.Job DescriptionReporting to , the Total Rewards & HR Operations Head will lead a team of approximately 15 professionals across Total Rewards, Colleague Services, Payroll & Benefits Services, Health, Safety & Well-being Services, and People Systems Services.
