Job Description

As an HRM, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing HR operations, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborating with department heads to address workforce planning needs.
  • Managing employee relations and ensuring compliance with labor laws in new Ho Chi Minh City.
  • Driving initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Ensuring effective execution of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Monitoring and reporting key HR metrics to senior management.
  • Leading HR projects to support organizational growth within the FMCG sector.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HRM should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in HR management within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in Vietnam.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
