My client is seeking a dynamic HR Manager to join to launch their company into the Vietnam market and drive the growth of their retail stores through effective talent acquisition and HR management. The HR Manager will help to build and implement HR strategies whilst focusing on talent acquisition, ensuring that each store is staffed with skilled, motivated individuals who align with the company's brand values.
We are seeking a seasoned HR leader to drive strategic human resources initiatives and foster a high-performing, inclusive workplace. This role will be responsible for aligning HR strategy with business goals, advising senior leadership, and overseeing key areas such as talent management, employee engagement, compliance, and organizational development across operations in Vietnam.
This position will serve as the Talent and Organization consulting leader for a regional cluster spanning multiple countries. The individual acts as an internal advisor to Business Leaders and Human Resources Leaders, providing expertise in Talent and Organization Development. Plan, execute, and deliver talent and organizational strategies and initiatives across various business divisions within the region and selected markets as needed.
This position will oversee talent acquisition strategy and recruitment operations, providing comprehensive support to all business and functional teams. The role is responsible for driving consistency in recruitment policies, processes, tools, and performance metrics. Key focus areas include designing and implementing effective hiring strategies, leading the recruitment team, and partnering with stakeholders to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently.
