Job Description

Your main responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing training programs tailored to retail operations and business needs.
  • Identifying skill gaps and designing learning solutions to address them effectively.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the success of training programs to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Providing coaching and mentoring support to retail teams for enhanced performance.
  • Managing learning resources and tools to optimize training delivery.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Supporting onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
