Job Description

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and managing comprehensive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting technical systems to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement efficiency improvements.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards in all maintenance operations.
  • Managing spare parts inventory and procurement processes effectively.
  • Providing technical support and training to team members when necessary.
  • Documenting maintenance activities and generating detailed reports for management review.
  • Assisting in the development of long-term strategies to enhance system reliability and sustainability.

The Successful Applicant

Should have:

  • A strong background in engineering or a related technical field.
  • Proven experience in maintenance planning and system optimization.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and standards in manufacturing, especially in F&B
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities to coordinate with various teams.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools for maintenance planning and reporting.
