Job Description

  • Leverage and expand an existing client portfolio.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop lawyers across the team.
  • Collaborate with fellow partners on client opportunities and firm initiatives.
  • Maintain exceptional standards of client service and legal excellence.
  • Contribute to the firm's strategic direction, culture, and long-term success.



The Successful Applicant

  • Established legal practitioner with a strong reputation in the market.
  • Demonstrated track record of client origination and practice development.
  • Existing portable book of business with the ability to transition and grow client relationships.
  • Strong commercial acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing teams and developing talent.
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ambitious, collaborative, and committed to long-term practice growth.
