Job Description

As a Plant Director, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing all aspects of plant operations, including production, quality control, and maintenance.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to achieve operational efficiency and production targets.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in the life science sector.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing the engineering and manufacturing teams.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and product innovation.
  • Managing budgets, resources, and timelines effectively to meet organizational goals.
  • Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators to drive decision-making and improvements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Plant Director should have:

  • Proven leadership experience in managing large-scale plant operations.
