Job Description

As a Poultry Product Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and managing poultry product strategies to meet market demands.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product alignment with business goals.
  • Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities within the industry.
  • Overseeing the product lifecycle from conception to market launch and beyond.
  • Providing technical support and training to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitoring product performance and implementing improvements as needed.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Managing relationships with suppliers and partners to optimize product offerings.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Poultry Product Manager should have:

  • A degree in a relevant field such as animal science, Veterinary (Master or Ph.D is an advanced)
  • Proven experience in product management within the Agriculture industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address market challenges effectively.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in managing the product lifecycle and driving product performance.
