Job Description

As a Procurement Director, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading contract negotiations and ensuring compliance with procurement policies.
  • Monitoring market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and innovative sourcing solutions.
  • Overseeing the procurement team to ensure high performance and collaboration.
  • Establishing and managing budgets for procurement activities.
  • Ensuring the supply chain meets the demands of the retail industry and supports business growth.
  • Preparing reports and analytics to track procurement performance and decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Procurement Director should have:

  • A strong background in procurement and supply chain management, preferably in food, feed, commodity industry.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent negotiation and supplier management capabilities.
  • Knowledge of market trends and procurement best practices.
