Job Description

  • Lead and manage all production activities, ensuring targets for output, quality, and dispatch volumes are achieved.
  • Drive health, safety, and environmental excellence by implementing company standards, monitoring compliance, and promoting a zero-harm culture.
  • Review and approve production plans while coordinating maintenance activities to maximize plant reliability and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with quality, procurement, maintenance, logistics, and other stakeholders to optimize processes and resolve operational issues.
  • Manage departmental budgets, production costs, energy consumption, and resource utilization to achieve cost-efficiency targets.
  • Oversee CAPEX planning and project execution to support long-term operational improvements.
  • Develop team capabilities through KPI management, coaching, succession planning, and multi-skilling programs.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree or diploma in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience within heavy industry, construction materials, chemicals, mining, etc
  • Strong understanding of production operations, budgeting, CAPEX management, process optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Good command of English (TOEIC 700 or equivalent) and proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and SAP.
  • Proven leadership capabilities with strengths in driving results, collaboration, stakeholder management, talent development, and team engagement.
