Open to candidates with 0-5 years of experience, this role is responsible for performing dimensional inspections of finished products using measurement tools such as calipers, angle gauges, and radius gauges.

Job Description

  • Perform quality inspections throughout manufacturing processes.
  • Inspect finished and semi-finished products for dimensional accuracy, appearance, and functionality.
  • Verify compliance with quality standards and work instructions.
  • Maintain inspection records and quality documentation.
  • Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.
  • Work closely with production teams to resolve quality concerns.
  • Identify and quarantine nonconforming products.
  • Maintain and properly use measuring instruments and inspection tools.
  • Comply with workplace safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform other quality-related duties as assigned.

The Successful Applicant

  • Educational Background: College degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering, Quality Management or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Fresh graduates are welcome; no prior experience required. Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
  • Technical Drawing Literacy: Able to read and understand technical drawings, preferably related to aluminum, glass, doors/windows or curtain wall systems.
  • Core Knowledge: Basic knowledge of dimensions, tolerances and technical specifications.
  • Tool Familiarity: Familiar with basic measuring tools such as vernier caliper, steel ruler, measuring tape and angle gauge is an advantage.
  • Language Proficiency: Good English communication skills, with the ability to communicate about work-related matters and understand basic technical documents and terminology.
  • Soft Skills: Good communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Personal Attributes: Proactive, careful, honest and responsible, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to work on-site at Ben Cat factory and 10% of time is for travel domestic/oversea
