Job Description

As a HR Business Partner (SEA), your main responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with business leaders to align HR strategies with organisational goals.
  • Providing strategic advice on workforce planning, talent management, and organisational development.
  • Driving employee engagement initiatives to foster a productive work environment.
  • Managing HR policies and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Supporting performance management and career development processes.
  • Collaborating with global and regional HR teams to implement strategic initiatives.
  • Identifying and addressing training and development needs within the organisation.
  • Analysing HR metrics to recommend improvements and optimise HR functions

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Business Partner (SEA) should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR business partnering within the life sciences industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and local labour laws.
  • Ability to drive strategic HR initiatives and align them with business objectives.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in managing employee relations and change managemen
