We are looking for an HR Generalist to support end-to-end HR activities across Southeast Asia, ensuring efficient HR operations and a positive employee experience. This role offers exposure to multiple HR disciplines, including talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll support, compliance, and talent management within a multinational environment.

Job Description

  • Support end-to-end HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Serve as a key contact point for employee inquiries and HR policy guidance.
  • Assist with employee relations matters and workplace compliance initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, documentation, and HR databases.
  • Support recruitment activities and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding administration.
  • Assist in performance management and talent development programs.
  • Support payroll processing and compensation & benefits administration.
  • Generate HR reports and support audits using HR systems.
  • Coordinate learning and development activities, including training administration.
  • Contribute to HR projects and continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with employees and stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related discipline.
  • 4-7 years of relevant HR experience in a corporate environment.
  • Strong experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and payroll coordination.
  • Familiarity with labor regulations and HR compliance practices.
  • Exposure to regional HR responsibilities and multinational environments is preferred.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Vietnamese and English.
  • Comfortable working with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with a strong customer-service mindset.
