As a Regional Market Access Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing market access strategies for life sciences products.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launch and penetration.
  • Analysing market trends and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Providing strategic input to pricing and reimbursement strategies.
  • Preparing and delivering presentations to internal and external audiences.
  • Monitoring and reporting on market access performance metrics.
  • Ensuring compliance with local and international regulations in all market access activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Market Access Manager should have:

  • Proven expertise in market access and life sciences within the retail industry.
  • Strong knowledge of pricing, reimbursement, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
